How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2PM CST ship the same business day. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Are your products authentic?
100%. Every product is genuine, sealed, and sourced through authorized channels — never counterfeit and never repackaged. The brands we carry run their own lab testing and publish their COAs, so you get exactly what the manufacturer made.
How does the Buy 2+ discount work?
Add any 2 or more items to your cart and an extra discount comes off automatically at checkout — on top of our everyday low prices. Nothing to enter.
Do I have to be 21 to order?
Yes. You must be 21 or older to purchase. Orders may require age verification on delivery.
Which states do you ship to?
We ship to most U.S. states. A few states restrict these products — if we can't ship to yours, you'll see it at checkout and won't be charged.
How is my order packaged?
Discreetly. Everything ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents on the outside.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it free of charge, no hassle.
