Please read carefully. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to everything below.

1. Age requirement — 21+

You must be at least 21 years of age to view, use, or purchase from this website. By entering the site and completing an order you certify that you are 21 or older. We may request valid government-issued ID, and orders may require adult signature on delivery. Providing false age information is grounds for cancellation and may be unlawful.

2. FDA disclaimer & no medical claims

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). No product sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before use — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep all products out of the reach of children and pets.

3. Reseller & product authenticity

We are an independent authorized reseller. We do not manufacture, repackage, or alter any product. All items are sold sealed, in their original manufacturer packaging, exactly as received from authorized suppliers. Any lab testing, certificates of analysis, ingredient lists, or potency figures are produced and published by the respective manufacturers — not by us. We make no independent representation regarding contents, potency, or effects, and disclaim liability for manufacturer-provided information to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Assumption of risk

You use all products entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for confirming these products are legal in your jurisdiction and for using them lawfully and responsibly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the store, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from the purchase, possession, or use of any product.

5. Shipping & state restrictions

These products are not legal in every state or locality. It is your responsibility to confirm legality at your delivery address before ordering. We do not ship where these products are prohibited, and orders to restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded. Orders placed before 2PM CST generally ship the same business day; delivery times vary by carrier. Shipments go in discreet, unmarked packaging. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & refunds

Because these are consumable products, we accept returns only on unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are replaced or refunded at no cost — contact us with your order number and a photo.

7. Privacy & how we use your information

We collect the information you provide (name, contact details, shipping address, order history) and basic technical data to process and deliver your orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and — where permitted — send you offers, updates, and marketing about our products. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the store (such as payment processors and shipping carriers), and only as required to fulfill your order or comply with the law. You may opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

8. Payment

By placing an order you authorize us (or our payment partner) to charge the total shown. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change and may be corrected if an error occurs. Discounts and rewards apply as described at checkout and combine only as automatically calculated by the store.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version always governs your use of the site and your orders. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
