1. Age requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and to cancel any order that does not comply.

2. Products & intended use

Our products are botanical goods sold for lawful adult use only. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and no health claims are made or implied.

3. Legal restrictions & shipping

Certain products are restricted or prohibited in some states, counties, and municipalities. It is your responsibility to know your local laws. We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited, and restricted regions are blocked at checkout.

4. Pricing & promotions

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Promotional discounts, including quantity-based offers, apply automatically when conditions are met and cannot be combined with certain other offers unless stated.

5. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

6. Shipping

Orders placed before 2PM CST ship the same business day when possible. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. All sales final — no returns

All sales are final. Because our products are consumable botanicals, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This policy exists to protect the safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance of every product — we cannot restock or resell items that have left our facility. The only exceptions: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. By placing an order you acknowledge and agree to this no-returns policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this store is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
