Refund Policy

1. All sales are final

Because our products are consumable botanicals, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This policy protects the safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance of every product — we cannot restock or resell items that have left our facility.

2. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll fix it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.

3. Non-refundable situations

We cannot refund change-of-mind purchases, opened or used products, orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, or packages marked delivered by the carrier but reported missing without a carrier claim.

4. How to request a resolution

Reach out through our contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and, for damaged or incorrect items, a photo. Our team responds within 24 hours.

5. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Order cancellations

Because we ship quickly, orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
