Shipping Policy

1. Processing & same-day shipping

Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

2. Shipping rates

Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout, and free on all orders over $50. Rates and delivery estimates are shown before you pay.

3. Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4. Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you created an account, you can also track it from your account dashboard.

5. Discreet packaging

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. There is no product or brand information visible on the outside.

6. Shipping restrictions

Some products are restricted or prohibited in certain states, counties, and cities. We do not ship where these products are prohibited, and restricted destinations are blocked at checkout. It is your responsibility to know your local laws. We currently ship within the United States only.

7. Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the package delivered.

8. Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
